-
Dr Arthurs’ practice is a private billing practice, not a bulk billing practice, so will require full payment on the day of your appointment. Any Medicare claims can be processed directly on the day on the patient’s behalf.
Surgical fees are payable at least seven days prior to your surgery date.
For most levels of private cover, and for most procedures, there will be some out of pocket expenses in addition to the payment your private health insurer will provide. Dr Arthur and the team will ensure you are aware of these costs prior to confirming any surgery.

From Carrara Street, turn into the Pindara Private Hospital complex, where you’ll find multi-level parking available.
Be sure to note your parking level!
Take the lift to Level 1, which opens onto the ground floor near Hudson’s Coffee Shop.
Exit through the glass doors, and you’ll see a yellow pedestrian crossing directly ahead — follow it across to Pindara Place.
There’s a convenient pick-up and drop-off zone here too.
Enter Pindara Place, then take the elevator or stairs to Level 2.
You’ll find Dr Arthur in Suite #9.
If you’re unsure at any point, just follow the signs for Pindara Place or ask at the hospital reception — they’ll point you in the right direction.
